Software Technical Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to users by addressing end-user inquiries.

• Troubleshoot issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and essential business applications.

• Identify sources of problems.

• Collaborate with internal telecommunications, system operations, application development teams, and vendors to resolve issues.

• Follow up with users to confirm resolution of problems.

• Create and maintain documentation of all activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming, or relevant job experience.

• Proficient in navigating computers using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic knowledge of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Elavon or Talech is preferred.

• Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours from 6:00 AM to 11:15 PM Eastern Time, Sunday through Saturday.

• Willingness to complete 6 to 8 weeks of training, Monday through Friday.
