This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Unite your team to evaluate the progress of their assigned tasks.
β’ Examine significant bugs and identify the most effective solutions to resolve them.
β’ Maintain regular communication with leads from different disciplines to strategize, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery.
β’ Collaborate with your team members on coding activities on a daily basis.
β’ Keep your project manager updated on the status of your tasks and meet with other leads to discuss process enhancements and share technologies.
β’ A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
β’ Strong expertise in low-level programming, particularly C++.
β’ Familiarity with additional programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or others.
β’ Several years of substantial programming experience.
β’ Experience with game engines or in embedded software development or related fields.
β’ Proven experience managing a team of programmers or equivalent leadership roles.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and strategic leadership capabilities.
β’ Ability to maintain composure under pressure and concentrate on delivering solutions.
β’ Knowledge of video game production and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
