Software & System Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create system-level automation for high-power testing configurations.

• Write software utilizing LabVIEW, Python, C#, MATLAB, or similar platforms to meet customer requirements, including data logging, loading profiles, startup sequences, test sequences, and reporting.

• Design system setups that incorporate EA hardware, software, and third-party tools to prepare proposals and secure system contracts.

• Integrate instruments with customer systems using CAN, Modbus, SCPI, Ethernet, and various other communication protocols.

• Assist in system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and conducting customer demonstrations.

• Enhance the capabilities of system integrators by mentoring SI engineers on software and solutions.

• Create libraries for customer test scenarios in India for use during system integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in Test & Measurement solutions within the Automotive, Power Electronics, and Aerospace/Defense sectors.

• Expertise in developing software automation and customized test routines for high-power test and measurement instruments, such as bidirectional power supplies and battery testers.

• Familiarity with programming languages for instrumentation control and comprehensive solutions, including MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, C++/C#.

• Experience managing large system integration projects.

• Understanding of project-level documentation, such as Acceptance Test Procedures, Statement of Work, and Project Deliverables.

• Capability to develop and support System Integrators while proposing system-level solutions to clients.

• Willingness to travel over 25% of the time to client locations for business discussions.
