This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Delivering customer support through phone, email, or chat, assisting them in recognizing and resolving technical issues associated with Spintly hardware and software products.
• Utilizing Spintly's diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and analyze issues effectively.
• Executing Python scripts and other automation tools to enhance the debugging and testing workflow.
• Throughout the issue resolution process, you will be responsible for creating and sustaining technical documentation for hardware and software products, which includes manuals, guides, and FAQs.
• Working alongside cross-functional teams, such as product design engineers and software engineers, to identify and rectify intricate technical problems.
• Gaining comprehensive knowledge of products to determine the appropriate methods for issue resolution.
• Regularly updating and maintaining awareness of the latest advancements in hardware and software technologies and trends.
• Diploma / B.E or equivalent in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Computer Science.
• Strong passion and understanding of electronics hardware, wiring, and fundamental concepts.
• Basic familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or similar.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think innovatively and identify creative solutions.
• Traveling to customer locations for training or to understand their requirements.
