This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, addressing issues, and providing ongoing support.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve recognized technical issues by following established practices, procedures, and company policies.
• Align customer requirements with the suitable Digital Insight products and recommend optimal usage practices.
• Provide clear instructions and training to customers on how to efficiently utilize the supported solutions.
• Handle multiple customer cases and small projects simultaneously.
• Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for each case.
• Ensure timely and appropriate escalations with comprehensive documentation of issue details.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within Candescent and Digital Insight Software Solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support, software support, or a customer-facing technical role is preferred.
• Capability to analyze and diagnose technical issues and implement known solutions.
• Familiarity with the most commonly utilized Digital Insight offerings and their functionalities.
• Proficient in general computer and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable managing routine or semi-routine tasks under established guidelines.
