Software Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver software support directly to our clients.

• Conduct first-level investigations for customers and provide resolutions for the Constellation Suite of Products.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to document and communicate software-related issues.

• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all reported issues.

• Meet all established service levels for unresolved problems and reassign tickets to the appropriate internal or external teams.

• Utilize technical skills to resolve client issues.

• Advise the Customer Care Manager on sensitive client situations.

• Attend and engage in team meetings.

• Participate in CHS product training as required.

• Make recommendations to tackle problems, enhance service, and provide superior support.

• Create documentation for frequently asked questions (FAQ).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in customer support.

• Knowledge of general accounting and costing.

• Coursework or experience in Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, Property Management, Real Estate Management, and/or IT fields.

• Proficiency in MS Windows applications.

• Comfortable using remote access tools such as Remote Desktop and VPN.

• Exceptional analytical skills for resolving customer issues.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team setting.

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous communication with both external and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting demands.

• Positive team attitude and capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
