This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Leverage your creativity and ingenuity to discover and connect with potential clients through diverse channels.
• Execute a complete sales cycle for new business, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas.
• Design and implement a thorough sales strategy for national accounts, which includes identifying prospective clients, performing market analysis, and crafting tailored sales presentations.
• Generate new leads from both inbound inquiries and self-sourced opportunities.
• Conduct qualification calls with executives and department heads.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of their SaaS offerings and effectively articulate their value to prospective clients.
• Present engaging and compelling demonstrations to illustrate how their software solutions can benefit national account clients.
• Sell through internal advocates to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level executives.
• Utilize your expertise in selling long-cycle software solutions to craft and implement successful sales strategies.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts skillfully to secure agreements with national accounts.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates on opportunities, documenting notes, tasks, and client statuses in the pipeline.
• Keep precise and current records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions within CRM systems.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to refine their sales strategy in light of new features and products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience in SaaS technology, ideally within the Transportation and Logistics sector.
• Over 3 years of SaaS sales experience; previous experience in selling software solutions is a significant advantage.
• Experience in a complex sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Transport and Logistics industry.
• Proven ability to manage monthly and annual pipelines with accurate forecasting.
• Goal-oriented with a history of surpassing monthly and annual sales targets.
• Demonstrated capability to drive results, remain resilient in challenging sales situations, maintain a customer-first mindset, and possess a robust growth orientation.
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, from acquiring new customers to nurturing existing accounts.
• Experience interacting with executive-level decision-makers.
• A high achiever with a documented history of meeting sales targets and objectives.
• Competent in delivering impactful presentations to live audiences, both in person and online.
• Capable of working remotely with diverse groups and cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, sometimes on short notice.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.
• Legally authorized to work in France, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
