• This position collaborates closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, and identify risks early in the delivery process.
• The Software Quality Analyst engages in various testing activities—including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing—to validate system behavior, uncover defects, and support high-quality releases.
• Alongside hands-on testing, this role actively participates in Agile teams, assists with user acceptance testing, advocates for continuous improvement of QA practices, and helps ensure that quality standards are maintained from initial concept through deployment and production support.

• Conduct manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, post-deployment), using tools such as Postman and Playwright to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Identify, track, and validate defects; collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues, confirm fixes, and provide production support as necessary.
• Evaluate risk, adjust to shifting priorities, and deliver clear reports on test execution, defect status, and deployment readiness.
• Work cross-functionally in Agile ceremonies and during UAT to ensure alignment with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Support global and release operations through off-hours testing, early-morning collaboration with offshore teams, and continuous enhancement of QA standards and metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience as a mid-level QA Engineer or Analyst, participating in end-to-end testing efforts across multiple releases.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web-based and/or API-driven applications using both manual and automated approaches.
• Proficient with defect tracking and test management tools; capable of clearly documenting, communicating, and validating defects from start to finish.
• Experience working within cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., product, engineering, business stakeholders).
• Working knowledge of relational databases and the ability to query data to aid in testing and validation.
• Familiarity with at least one testing specialty, such as test automation, API testing, or non-functional testing (performance, load, or reliability).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and delivery schedules.
• Must be able to pass a background check upon hire and throughout employment.
• Comprehensive health benefit options: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) with competitive employer match
