Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Remotely set up and maintain Kinective’s Migrate solution, which includes the OmniPort and OmniView applications.

• Deliver remote training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, for OmniView users.

• Carry out remote data migrations and conversions, adapting customer data to meet required output formats.

• Examine source data to identify mapping or formatting issues, resolve exceptions, and conduct quality checks and reconciliations.

• Update customers and internal stakeholders on implementation progress, associated risks, milestones, and forthcoming steps.

• Diagnose issues related to applications, databases, configurations, and migrated data across our services and associated systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

• Over 2 years of experience in software implementation, technical onboarding, data migration, application support, or a similar customer-facing role involving complex systems.

• Familiarity with data conversions, file-based imports or exports, data validation, reconciliation, or mapping activities in a production or client setting.

• Experience in installing, configuring, or supporting business applications, databases, or related technical environments.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues across data, application, and system layers while clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong project execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, provide status updates, and ensure work is completed in a customer-facing environment.
