This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage first and third party claims with a focus on quality, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Take ownership of a portfolio that includes the company’s most severe bodily injury claims.
• Conduct investigations for catastrophic claims and develop strategic approaches to these cases.
• Review policy language alongside specific loss details to make informed coverage decisions.
• Formulate and implement an effective investigation and evidence preservation plan.
• Set appropriate initial loss and expense reserves for complex cases.
• Consistently prepare and present evaluations for Large Loss Notices while keeping agents and Members informed about claim progress.
• Ensure data integrity within the claim and policy administration system.
• Over 10 years of direct experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
• More than 5 years of experience managing both auto and general liability litigated claims, as well as complex first and third party bodily injury and coverage claims.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex exposures valued over $750,000.
• Experience with litigated files, arbitration, and mediation processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proven commitment to ongoing education and professional growth, including the completion of one or more advanced educational or industry certifications such as JD, MBA, CPCU, AIC, or CCLA.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and email applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
