Senior Messaging Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Providing and overseeing IMT services by utilizing principles of Incident, Problem, Change, Project, Service, and Capacity Management.

• Spearheading the implementation, operation, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement of Messaging services.

• Ensuring service integrity, availability, security compliance, and adherence to cross-government ICT standards.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, standards, and operational best practices.

• Collaborating with Technology Support and Operations teams, business stakeholders, contractors, and external service providers to guarantee timely service delivery.

• Leading intricate projects, coordinating service testing and implementation efforts, and promoting operational efficiencies.

• Offering mentorship, technical leadership, and expert guidance to analysts while assisting in branch planning and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 4 years of relevant experience for the Senior Messaging Analyst role.

• 2 years of relevant experience for the Messaging Analyst position.

• Experience in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, platforms, and technology services in a large-scale setting.

• Practical knowledge in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 (M365) and enterprise messaging solutions.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, support standards, operational procedures, and knowledge management resources.

• Strong expertise in complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, problem management, and technical issue remediation.

• Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in high-pressure operational environments.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
