This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, document, and monitor software bugs, defects, and regressions until they are resolved
• Design, develop, execute, and troubleshoot both automated and manual functional, regression, and integration tests
• Validate and document test coverage along with completion criteria for product releases
• Create and maintain automated test suites utilizing Selenium, Playwright, or comparable frameworks within CI/CD pipelines
• Test and validate corrections, enhancements, and new features for product releases
• Collaborate with developers and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle from design to release
• Establish intricate test environments that simulate production configurations
• Test API, web, and service-layer functionalities, including REST/SOAP Web Services
• Utilize AI-driven testing and automation tools to boost coverage and efficiency
• Assess, pilot, and integrate innovative AI/ML-based QA tools and methodologies into testing workflows
• Comply with corporate, departmental, and information security policies
• Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance
• Experience in testing enterprise, cloud/SaaS, or web applications
• Proficient in Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Familiarity with C#, SQL Server, REST/SOAP Web Services, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
• Experience with AI-assisted testing and automation tools, including AI-driven test generation and self-healing automation platforms
• Understanding of generative AI and prompt engineering for test case design, test data creation, and automation script development
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field is preferred but not mandatory
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is an advantage
• Experience with AI/ML-based quality engineering tools or a keen interest in employing AI in software testing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and OLAP/multidimensional consolidation software such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, or other EPM solutions
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job position is located
