This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary liaison for implementation, effectively interpreting and documenting customer expectations, business processes, and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive business discovery and formulate recommendations for delivery methods that enhance customer outcomes and value.
• Convert technical specifications and carry out complex system configuration setups.
• Build and nurture robust customer relationships while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with project managers, training professionals, and other internal stakeholders to design and implement timely, high-quality implementation plans.
• Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
• Guide, influence, advise, and support customer change management strategies, focusing on user readiness and acceptance.
• Cultivate and maintain expertise across various product offerings and comprehensive solution value outcomes.
• Travel to customer sites to lead and facilitate meetings and presentations as necessary.
• Apply best practices and enhance business outcomes for Long-Term and Post-Acute Care customers.
• Report directly to the Sr Manager, Professional Services.
• Preferred post-secondary education in accounting or technology.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and a strong interest in exploring and experimenting with AI.
• A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in consulting for software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendation formulation, and measuring business outcomes.
• Skilled in working on multi-resource project teams while efficiently balancing milestones and objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for projects, show initiative, and fulfill commitments.
• Quick learner of new concepts and technologies, able to translate them into customer solution value.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and adapting priorities as needed.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex team environment.
• Results-driven with strong adaptability, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer site visits and regional meetings.
