Software Engineering Specialist – Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead critical architectural decisions focusing on scalability, performance, and sustainability.

• Collaborate across teams to maintain technical coherence.

• Shape technology strategy in partnership with leadership.

• Enhance the team's technical capabilities through mentorship and the adoption of best practices.

• Define and refine engineering standards related to architecture, quality, observability, and security.

• Utilize metrics (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs) to monitor system health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.

• Strong foundation in distributed systems and microservices.

• Proficient in working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, or RPC).

• Experience with high-scale production systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).

• Understanding of CI/CD processes, testing, and observability.

• Ability to influence both technical and business decisions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with NestJS, MongoDB, or React Native.

• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture.
