Software Engineering Manager – Kubernetes Load Balancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and guide software engineers and technical leaders.

• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations for engineers, incorporating insights from technical leads and senior leadership.

• Monitor project progress and assist engineers in enhancing their project management capabilities.

• Maintain the engineering culture as the team expands.

• Serve as a role model for the company's culture and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Engineering Management.

• More than 5 years in Software Development (any language), including a minimum of 2 years with Go.

• At least 5 years of experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and Load Balancing solutions.

• Familiarity with Linux systems design, security, networking, and the Linux kernel.

• A strong desire to produce high-quality and efficient code.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing APIs.

• A public record of contributions to open-source projects is advantageous.
