Software Engineering Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Manage and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing software engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge in systems development, with an emphasis on back-end; front-end experience is a plus.

• Experience with AWS (Infrastructure as a Service).

• Understanding of software architecture concepts (microservices, event-driven architecture, OO, Solid).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development practices.

• Ability to build trusting relationships and positively influence the team and stakeholders.

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strategic vision and the ability to make decisions based on business objectives.

• Passion for technology and a desire for constant learning and growth.

• Resilience and adaptability to change.

• Practical experience with generative AI, recognizing its impact on software development, processes, and the operational routine of the team.
