This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

• Deliver technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers through code reviews and design direction.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing C#/.NET and TypeScript/React.

• Construct and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, etc.).

• Lead architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leadership to provide high-quality solutions.

• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab Runner and Terraform.

• Implement observability and monitoring solutions to guarantee system performance and reliability.

• Consistently enhance platform capabilities by identifying modernization opportunities.

• Engage in agile ceremonies and contribute to cross-team engineering initiatives.

• Advocate for the use of modern development tools, including AI-assisted development practices.

• Extensive experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Strong background in building front-end applications using TypeScript and React.

• Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud services (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge).

• Proficient in relational databases and SQL.

• Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, GitLab).

• Knowledge of observability tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, or Grafana.

• Strong grasp of software architecture and system design.

• Experience in mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.

• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset with a keen interest in modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

• Proficient in English: Advanced (essential for effective communication with global teams).
