Software Engineering Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and advancing software architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, high-performing, and resilient.

• Collaborate closely with development teams (squads), providing technical contributions to decisions and implementations.

• Convert business requirements into feasible technical solutions, factoring in both functional and non-functional needs.

• Engage in the design and development of microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Ensure compliance with the company's technology standards, architecture, and best practices.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of integrations between systems (APIs, services, messaging).

• Contribute to engineering best practices, including automated testing, versioning, and CI/CD.

• Participate in technical discussions and cross-area collaborations, ensuring clarity in decision-making.

• Assist with technical documentation and enhance the functional understanding of solutions.

• Serve as a technical reference for evolution, supporting developers and fostering knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of solutions, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in software development, actively participating in creating solutions within production environments.

• Experience with medium to large-scale applications (web, mobile, or apps).

• Proficient understanding of software architecture (layers, microservices, best practices, and design patterns).

• Experience in developing APIs and services (REST / SOAP).

• Familiarity with microservices and inter-system communications.

• Knowledge of SOA / ESB and application integration techniques.

• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.

• Experience or familiarity with modern web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).

• Proficient in API consumption and comprehension of frontend architecture.

• Awareness of performance considerations, user experience, and backend integration.

• Experience or knowledge in mobile development (Android, iOS, or hybrid frameworks like Flutter or React Native).

• Understanding of mobile-backend communication and APIs.

• Familiarity with mobile architecture.

• Experience with system integrations (APIs, WebServices, XML).

• Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps, or similar).

• Experience with automated testing tools (Jest, Mocha, or similar).

• Knowledge of versioning practices and continuous delivery methodologies.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of cloud technologies (preferably Azure).

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proactive attitude and technical curiosity.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
