Software Engineering AI Trainer, Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug fixes, feature enhancements, code refactoring, and testing.

• Produce clear, natural-language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Build and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure points.

• Ensure that specifications, code, and expected outputs are in alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced written proficiency in English at a professional level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, code refactoring, and production migrations.
