Software Engineering AI Trainer, Brazil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments that encompass bug fixing, feature enhancement, refactoring, and testing.

• Compose clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and expand unit and integration testing suites.

• Evaluate tasks generated by peers for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written proficiency in English at an advanced professional level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is advantageous.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
