Software Engineering – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug resolution, feature enhancement, code refactoring, and testing.

• Craft clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Build and enhance unit and integration testing suites.

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written English proficiency at an advanced professional level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is beneficial.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Proficient with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, code refactoring, and production migrations.
