Software Engineer – Storage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage in technical design conversations and aid in the creation of comprehensive design documentation.

• Support the upkeep of current applications and take part in the rollout of new functionalities.

• Implement services, create metrics, and drive enhancements in durability and performance.

• Assist in defining coding practices and methodologies that reflect best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with OOP (Java, Rust, C++, C#, etc.) in a corporate setting, primarily focusing on backend development.

• Proven experience in developing large-scale software solutions operating on thousands of servers.

• Professional background utilizing AI-assisted development tools (such as Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code).

• Familiarity with all phases of the software development lifecycle, encompassing design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Demonstrates inquisitiveness and aims to comprehend before proposing solutions.

• Proactively communicates in a remote workspace by keeping the team updated, identifying blockers early, and advancing tasks.

• Employs analytical reasoning to tackle ambiguous challenges.
