This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of enhancing the complete simulation release process, making it predictable, clearly defined, and perpetually improving.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive quality and testing strategy for the simulation, incorporating shift-left testing, automated validation, and early-signal integration.
β’ Enhance the performance, stability, and reliability of simulation frameworks and essential tools utilized at scale.
β’ Set and uphold best practices for managing simulation incidents, thereby boosting resilience, reducing recovery time, and enhancing overall operational readiness.
β’ Work closely with simulation feature teams, infrastructure groups, and platform stakeholders to synchronize on scaling requirements, test coverage deficiencies, and systemic quality enhancements.
β’ Proven experience in refining release workflows, verification processes, or quality assurance gates.
β’ Capability to identify gaps in test coverage, validation workflows, or release indicators and implement systemic enhancements.
β’ Proficient in analyzing complex simulation or computational workflows and designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
β’ Strong coding skills with experience in developing production-quality services, frameworks, or tools.
β’ Experience in enhancing reliability, performance, or developer experience in distributed systems.
