This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Oversee the development, management, and continual support of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to design and maintain Salesforce workflows for lead intake, qualification, routing, and pipeline progression.
• Assist in managing implementation order processes, including transitions from Closed-Won through fulfillment/implementation, status tracking, and exception handling utilizing Salesforce objects, automation, and validations.
• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to facilitate case management and escalation.
• Create and enhance functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop and uphold unit tests for Apex and regression scripts for Lightning components.
• Oversee sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment workflows to ensure release hygiene.
• Aid in monitoring Service Cloud KPIs, SLA compliance, and recurring issue trends to promote continuous improvement.
• 3-6 years of practical experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience in configuring support processes such as case assignment, escalation rules, email-to-case, and SLAs.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud integrations, such as Marketo.
• Background in supporting Sales Pipeline and implementation order management processes in Salesforce, including lead-to-opportunity flow and tracking of fulfillment/implementation.
• Experience in coordinating Salesforce-integrated software applications that enhance internal Salesforce functions and facilitate end-to-end lead processing.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce data with external reporting platforms like Power BI or other similar BI tools.
