Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable solutions.

• Develop applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

• Oversee the development of intricate business logic across sales and support workflows.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

• Construct and manage integrations with ERP, CPQ, and middleware systems.

• Create REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.

• Guarantee system reliability through effective monitoring, logging, and error handling.

• Design scalable data models while preserving data integrity.

• Enhance automation in line with modern Salesforce standards.

• Develop solutions capable of efficiently handling large data volumes.

• Manage deployments utilizing DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Engage in code reviews, pull requests, and environment management.

• Ensure version control and maintain release traceability.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams.

• Convert requirements into technical solutions and user stories.

• Mentor junior developers and advocate for Agile delivery.

• Track flow errors, integration failures, and data inconsistencies.

• Implement logging, alerting, and observability practices.

• Continuously enhance system performance and usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Experience with high-volume data processing and scalable data modeling.

• Strong expertise in SOQL optimization and performance tuning.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum work environments.

• Proficiency in Apex, including asynchronous processing and bulkification.

• Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.

• Skilled in SOQL, data modeling, and object configuration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and roles.

• Experience with integrations, Platform Events, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of governor limits and performance enhancement techniques.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).

• Additional certifications in architecture or integrations are advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
