Mid-level Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and execute the solution architecture within Azure, encompassing environments, integrations, security, scalability, and governance.

• Establish the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the evolution and migration of Power Solutions currently based on SharePoint to a more robust and scalable architecture.

• Outline the modeling of the transactional database, ensuring the integrity, performance, and sustainability of the solution.

• Organize the governance and lifecycle of solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), covering environments, deployment, versioning, and best practices.

• Provide technical leadership for a hybrid team (client + partner) tasked with the migration of solutions and the evolution of the architecture.

• Define the design of the analytical data architecture to facilitate consumption through Power BI and enable the development of an integrated operational view (Supply Chain Control Tower).

• Ensure alignment between the transactional and analytical architecture, promoting consistency and data reuse.

• Collaborate directly with business and technology areas to translate requirements into viable and sustainable solutions.

• Serve as a technical advocate for the solution with the client, influencing architectural decisions and fostering alignment among stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or Enterprise Architect.

• Strong expertise in solution architecture within Azure.

• Proficient in transactional data modeling and data architecture.

• Experience in modernizing or migrating enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and hybrid teams (client + partner) from a technical standpoint.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and technically advocate for solutions among stakeholders and leadership.

• Knowledgeable in analytical data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse).

• Familiar with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), including governance and application lifecycle.

• Experienced in designing analytical solutions and data integration for BI.

• Proficient with DevOps, CI/CD, and environment automation.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
