• 1-4 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

• Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux.

• A product-focused mindset with experience in developing and launching new products.

• Ability to empathize with users to create appealing products.

• Skilled in balancing trade-offs and discovering innovative solutions.

• Integrates AI tools into the workflow effectively.
