Software Engineer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Your responsibilities will encompass our entire codebase, with a primary emphasis on scaling and enhancing our platform to accommodate the entire mortgage market.

• You will play a key role in establishing guidelines and frameworks for our engineering organization in the coming years, focusing on both technical tools and organizational development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in scaling distributed systems that involve complex data dependencies.

• Expertise in performance engineering within any of the following areas: AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, Redis, Elasticsearch.

• Strong command of C# or other statically typed languages such as Kotlin, Go, or Java.

• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.

• Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment, where critical work may sometimes necessitate efforts beyond standard working hours.
