Software Engineer, MS Dynamics CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Analyze, actively shape, and critically evaluate business requirements.

• Collaborate with the CRM Solution Architect to propose optimized and sustainable solutions.

• Discover opportunities for standardization and develop maintainable, configurable concepts.

• Assist in the integration into the overall system and provide business-related APIs.

• Recognize architectural challenges early and escalate them to the Solution Architect.

• Manage repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Conduct automated testing and debugging.

• Generate technical documentation in alignment with the arc42 standard.

• Actively engage in Scrum events and contribute to the team's technical growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in software development with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, preferably in Sales/Marketing.

• Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL.

• Capable of developing maintainable and scalable code structures.

• Able to abstract requirements and translate them into generalizable solutions.

• Clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate with architecture teams as peers.

• Strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1+ level).

• Must reside in Germany or Austria.

• Willingness to prepare data for ETL pipelines, for example, for RAG solutions based on Microsoft standards.
