Software Engineer – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and deliver new features from inception to deployment in .NET MAUI (cross-platform for iOS & Android).

• Make independent architectural and technical decisions, with the context and authority to do so.

• Assume full accountability for the performance of your code in a production environment.

• Work collaboratively with product and design teams from the scoping phase through to release.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Copilot, Claude, or others) as effective productivity enhancers rather than mere discussion points.

• Support and mentor your colleagues to enhance their skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial software development experience, preferably within a product-focused company.

• Solid understanding of C# and .NET fundamentals.

• Practical experience with at least one mobile technology — we use .NET MAUI and are willing to assist you in getting up to speed if you're close.

• A proactive individual who drives work forward independently.

• A creator who takes pride in what is delivered, not just in the code written.

• Proficiency in English and Polish at a C1 level or higher, as our team operates in both languages on a daily basis.

• The capacity to share knowledge based on practical experience rather than theoretical concepts.

• Familiarity with TypeScript / React is a plus (as we also function as a web platform, and the lines may occasionally blur).

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, and Docker.
