Software Engineer, Mid/Senior – School Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate seamless access to learning applications for millions of users by developing and upkeeping high-performance data pipelines that drive the Clever ecosystem.

• Work in close collaboration with Product, Design, and fellow engineers to create user-friendly interfaces and reliable backend services.

• Success is gauged by the delivery of resilient, maintainable code and the effective implementation of features that simplify intricate data connections and transformations for educational institutions.

• Innovate new features for our microservices architecture, construct robust data synchronization pipelines, and contribute to the internal frameworks that cater to Clever’s extensive data-processing requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a solid grounding in software engineering principles and full-stack development.

• Demonstrated ability to design solutions for diverse product and data requirements, along with a history of leading small projects in a team setting.

• A strong dedication to writing straightforward, high-performance code that is maintainable over the long term, with hands-on experience in generating and automating tests (both unit and end-to-end).

• A commitment to understanding and valuing the Clever engineering culture.
