Software Engineer – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement new financial benchmarks.

• Ensure the CF Benchmarks platform operates smoothly.

• Create benchmark calculation systems utilizing innovative methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to design and implement new features from start to finish.

• Engage in data analysis, core infrastructure, backend development, and business logic implementation.

• Provide support for a 24/7 real-time distributed system as part of a larger team.

• Assist in ensuring systems are equipped with adequate test coverage, metrics, and alerts.

• Deliver pricing and data services to both the crypto and financial sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer in the fintech sector.

• Proficient in software development, particularly in backend development.

• Strong knowledge of Java applications.

• Capable of iterative development for a high-throughput, real-time system.

• Skilled in writing maintainable, efficient, and reliable code.

• Familiarity with contemporary development processes like CI/CD and Git.

• Strong mathematical abilities and reasoning skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
