This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver a defined feature from its design phase to production with guidance from mentors.

• Utilize coding agents to expedite development while reviewing, testing, and validating their outputs.

• Create a skill, tool, or agent workflow that the team will continue to utilize after the internship concludes.

• Develop evaluations and tests to assess the quality of work powered by AI.

• Deploy code to production that is utilized by millions of users globally.

• Collaborate and build with AI agents from the very first day.

• Document AI projects, detailing the challenges, the solutions implemented, any AI-related failures and resolutions, as well as the outcomes through a repository, demo, video, or write-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Internship opportunity in the Engineering field.

• Strong programming fundamentals, including clean coding practices, design patterns, data structures, APIs, and testing methodologies.

• Experience in developing projects beyond the classroom setting, such as side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or freelance work.

• Practical experience in AI development, such as creating an app utilizing an LLM API, developing a custom agent or MCP server, automating a task comprehensively, or generating evaluations to compare prompts or models.

• A curious and critical mindset when assessing AI-generated responses.

• Eagerness and capability to learn swiftly while posing insightful questions.

• Familiarity with technologies including TypeScript / Node.js, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitLab, Datadog, Claude Code, and MCP is required for this role.
