Software Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy backend functionalities from start to finish (API → Database → integrations).

• Enhance and optimize FastAPI endpoints, background tasks, and essential services.

• Collaborate with Postgres (Supabase) on schema modifications, queries, performance, and data integrity.

• Integrate third-party systems (e.g., enrichment providers, outreach tools, internal processes).

• Assist in creating specialized AI agents to automate internal and customer workflows (e.g., sourcing support, enrichment, summarization, extraction, classification, routing).

• Craft and refine prompts, few-shot examples, and structured outputs (JSON schemas) to ensure consistent agent behavior.

• Enhance agent quality through lightweight evaluations: small test sets, edge case handling, regression checks, and prompt/version monitoring.

• Implement tests, logging, and basic observability to enable rapid development without compromising stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid Python fundamentals (clean coding practices, typing standards, debugging skills).

• Proficient with HTTP APIs, JSON, authentication patterns, and database-driven systems.

• Keen interest in Generative AI / prompt engineering, with experience in developing LLM-powered features (projects are acceptable).

• Some experience in delivering tangible results (project, internship, open source contribution, production application).
