This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and develop high-quality, maintainable user interfaces utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Build and sustain Python-based backend APIs that facilitate frontend workflows and product functionalities.
• Convert business rules, pricing structures, and data dependencies into user-friendly experiences and dependable API integrations.
• Take ownership of features from beginning to end, including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and ensuring operational quality.
• Author and uphold automated tests as part of the development cycle, incorporating frontend and API-level tests as necessary.
• Work closely with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to provide reliable product experiences for enterprise users.
• Enhance the usability, reliability, and maintainability of current systems.
• Contribute to the technical direction, code quality, and engineering practices within the team.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with React and contemporary frontend architecture.
• Strong understanding of component-based development, state management, API integration, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs or contributing to backend services, ideally using Python.
• Familiarity with databases and backend data flows.
• A commitment to software quality, including the implementation of automated tests where applicable.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Proficient in both Polish and English languages.
