Software Engineer II – RPA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create new automations using UiPath and BotCity, adhering to team standards.

• Preserve the production automation environment by investigating failures, resolving issues, and enhancing existing robots.

• Develop scripts and integrations in Python to support automation processes.

• Document solutions and ensure the automation catalog is regularly updated.

• Offer technical assistance to federated teams that create their own automations.

• Oversee governance of the automation portfolio.

• Actively develop and maintain a portion of the automations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing with UiPath (Studio and Orchestrator).

• Proficiency in Python, including the creation of automations with BotCity.

• Frequent utilization of LLM-based code assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or similar), with a discerning approach to what to accept, review, or discard.

• Familiarity with version control using Git.

• UiPath certification is preferred.

• Experience with REFramework is preferred.

• Skills in process design and documentation (BPMN or equivalent notation) are preferred.
