This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The individual selected will oversee the configuration and delivery of applications that are client-facing.

• They may support the development of process improvements under the mentorship of the Senior Software Engineer and the Technical Operations Manager.

• Additional responsibilities include the daily maintenance of healthcare application systems, which involves identifying and troubleshooting application issues, resolving or escalating issues, conducting root cause analysis, and managing communication and client relationships in collaboration with Infrastructure Service Support team members.

• Configure client-facing applications strictly according to the requirements gathered by engagement teams and adhere to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) guidelines throughout this process.

• Update client-facing applications precisely as per the requirements collected by engagement teams, while following Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) guidelines.

• Represent the Application Operations / Development team on all ongoing projects.

• Engage in daily application operations / development stand-up meetings.

• Adhere to established procedures for change management across applications whenever changes are required.

• Document and maintain the standard operating procedures for application operations / development.

• Create WIKI articles for common processes that are frequently repeated and can be shared with colleagues.

• Coordinate with the Application Development Team to effectively deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.

• Set up environments for all new implementations.

• Configure Single Sign-On integrations for client builds.

• Assist in the development of product unit tests that will be utilized for future application regression testing.

• Measure application development key performance indicators, such as bug density, sprint analysis, test coverage, etc.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology/Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent).

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, working as an application engineer/developer/support (level 1/2).

• Strong understanding of GIT fundamentals and experience with daily usage.

• Practical knowledge of the following tools and technologies: SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

• Experience with an Agile Development Lifecycle.

• Background in web application configuration and templating.

• Operational knowledge of Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, and Octopus.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment methodologies.

• Experience with Veeva or Salesforce is advantageous.

• Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be beneficial.

• Familiarity with Azure hosting components.
