Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with HungerRush teams to design, develop, and maintain existing functionalities while also creating new applications.

• Produce high-quality code that adheres to coding standards, compliance, security, and performance best practices.

• Contribute to software development focusing on architecture, design, quality, implementation, and fostering a positive culture.

• Leverage the latest advancements in AI software development to enhance the delivery of business value.

• Provide mentorship to junior software engineers.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions for bug fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in .NET technologies, including C# and MVC.

• Familiarity with SQL Server and Entity Framework.

• Understanding of REST APIs, both for consumption and development.

• Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with NUnit, Moq, or other similar unit testing frameworks.

• Familiar with Git or comparable source control systems.

• Preferred experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Bootstrap.

• Preferred experience with technologies such as Queues, Caches, CDNs, and others used in building scalable web applications.

• Preferred experience with SQL Azure, Azure Service Bus Queues, and Redis Cache.

• Preferred experience in SaaS, E-Commerce, and consumer-facing web applications.
