Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the initiative to integrate AI throughout all stages of our engineering processes—from the initial design phase and automated requirement interpretation to the deployment in production.

• Quickly develop and evaluate cutting-edge prototypes, and then utilize fundamental engineering principles to transform them into robust, enterprise-level features.

• Adopt a founder’s mindset. Exercise significant autonomy; rather than merely processing tasks, view the product from the perspectives of our customers and founders, suggesting innovative concepts and implementing them with creative freedom.

• Tackle real-world challenges by leveraging solid computer science principles to address intricate, practical issues within our cloud-native ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence.

• Practical experience in integrating AI/ML frameworks within production settings.

• A strong understanding of essential computer science principles (including data structures, algorithms, and system design).

• Experience in building and scaling full-stack applications with modern technologies (such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs, and contemporary databases).

• A solid understanding of distributed systems and current cloud architectures (experience with AWS is highly advantageous).

• Ideally, you should thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.
