• Develop new features and enhancements on top of existing integrations tailored to customer requirements and data.
• Oversee and upgrade current integrations, which includes managing endpoint updates and deprecation processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues utilizing logs, monitoring tools, and a strong sense of curiosity.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and optimize debugging and development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with your team lead to ensure that maintenance and enhancement tasks are kept separate, allowing new integration projects to progress smoothly.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional software engineering experience; practical experience in the field is essential, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Full-stack proficiency, with the ability to contribute effectively on both the front-end and back-end.
• A genuine curiosity and a problem-solving mindset: when issues arise, you are driven to understand the underlying causes.
• Capability to navigate through ambiguous debugging challenges independently and make progress without a clear direction.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach that welcomes feedback.
• You must reside and work permanently in the U.S. (We are not equipped to hire outside the U.S.)
