Software Engineer – IAM, Identity and Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to oversee IAM SaaS platforms such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust.

• Design and manage custom services in Rust to enhance and modify SaaS capabilities.

• Focus on improving the user experience of IAM platforms by creating automated request workflows and comprehensive documentation.

• Maintain IaC and software libraries, including abstractions and documentation, to enhance the developer experience.

• Collaborate with the Security and People teams to advance Prima’s fundamental identity and access model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in IAM solutions.

• Familiarity with Okta or other IAM SaaS platforms.

• Understanding of automation tools and IaC frameworks such as Pulumi.

• Strong coding skills, preferably in Rust and Python.

• Excellent English communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
