Software Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain backend services utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and associated frameworks.

• Create responsive, user-friendly front-end components with contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue).

• Engage in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality features from start to finish.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to engineering best practices.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to expedite development and enhance code quality.

• Diagnose, debug, and optimize applications for improved performance and reliability.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in Java and experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.

• Experience in developing front-end applications using React, Angular, or Vue.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and both relational and non-relational databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of software engineering principles, testing methodologies, and version control (Git).

• Excellent communication abilities along with a collaborative approach.

• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to tackle increasingly complex technical challenges.
