This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain scalable backend systems and data pipelines that facilitate audience segmentation and marketing attribution processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and engineers to provide data solutions that enhance customer acquisition and conversion targets.
• Enhance current data infrastructure to accommodate growing data volumes, shifting business needs, and new integrations.
• Support data quality efforts by establishing monitoring, validation, and guardrail mechanisms across essential datasets.
• Engage in technical discussions regarding architecture, access patterns, and platform scalability to ensure long-term platform development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or its equivalent) along with 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in constructing and maintaining backend distributed systems or large-scale data platforms.
• Proficiency in working with data processing systems, databases, or data pipelines within production settings.
• Experience in implementing fault tolerance, monitoring, and observability practices for backend systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions with engineering, product, or business stakeholders to provide technical solutions.
