This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee intricate enterprise deployments from initial uncertainty to successful production.
• Collaborate closely with strategic clients and internal teams to comprehend business objectives, technical limitations, data realities, delivery risks, and success metrics.
• Convert these insights into a clear technical strategy that expedites deployment and enhances value realization.
• Design, construct, and provide production-quality solutions necessary for complex deployments.
• Facilitate agentic AI implementations in real-world enterprise settings.
• Develop solutions that are quick to implement and secure to adopt.
• Minimize friction for accounts with high complexity.
• Transform customer-specific tasks into valuable product and platform insights.
• Assist in defining the scalability of forward-deployed engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in software engineering, implementation engineering, applied AI engineering, solutions engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical position within enterprise software or AI-first SaaS.
• Strong practical coding experience, particularly in Python.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying production-grade workflows, services, applications, integrations, or data utilities.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including PySpark, Delta tables, pipeline development, and data-sharing methodologies.
• Experience in building and managing data pipelines that ingest, validate, transform, and operationalize data from sources like Snowflake, ERP systems, APIs, flat files, and customer data warehouses.
• Experience in designing or contributing to data warehouse architecture, scalable ingestion workflows, data models, and transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native application design and production best practices, including deployment, testing, logging, monitoring, observability, and operational support.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into well-defined technical solutions, delivery plans, and production-ready outputs.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as executives, supply chain leaders, IT teams, data teams, implementation teams, Product, Engineering, Agent Success, and Support.
• Excellent written communication skills, with disciplined documentation and handoff practices.
• Strong sense of ownership, effective execution, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Solid product and systems thinking, including the ability to identify recurring patterns and distinguish between one-off customizations and broader platform opportunities.
