Software Engineer – Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design, develop, and sustain robust, efficient, and reliable backend services that adapt to our platform's changing requirements.

• Collaborate intimately with business stakeholders to architect and deliver new services from conception to execution.

• Contribute to the creation of new features and functionalities that provide significant value to our customers.

• Engage with diverse engineering and product teams to align efforts and produce innovative solutions.

• Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation to enhance user comprehension and promote the effortless adoption of our services.

• Play a crucial role in influencing our company's engineering culture and ensuring the adherence to high engineering standards throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on web backend development.

• Expertise in Golang is a considerable advantage.

• Additional experience in data engineering is highly valued.

• A proven history of delivering high-quality production services and systems successfully.

• A customer-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on understanding and empathizing with users.

• Relevant industry experience, especially in banking or fintech, with knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance.

• Proficient in English, capable of handling both casual conversations and formal reports.
