Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Click Software solutions, including ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, and Click Field Service Edge.

• Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and system configurations.

• Create and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system enhancements.

• Develop and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and billing platforms.

• Evaluate scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and enhance performance within Click environments.

• Assist with system upgrades, patch deployments, and the introduction of new features.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams throughout the implementation phases.

• Provide production support by addressing incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.

• Prepare and update technical documentation and support materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7+ years of experience with Click Software or Click Field Service solutions.

• Practical experience with ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, and ClickOptimize.

• In-depth knowledge of Click configuration frameworks, rules, and scripting.

• Familiarity with field service management principles, including scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning.

• Experience in developing integrations using APIs and web services.

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, XML, or Groovy.

• Experience working with relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
