Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

• Contribute to the fundamental platform that empowers development teams globally to manage software releases in production via feature flags, gradual rollouts, and experimentation.

• This position is centered on product-focused engineering.

• Assist in shaping platforms that are relied upon by engineering teams operating in intricate production settings.

• Develop dependable and scalable systems that integrate seamlessly into contemporary code shipping practices.

• Take full responsibility throughout the entire lifecycle of a feature.

• Interact with developers and users to gain insights on how the platform is utilized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 7+ years of experience in constructing and managing software systems.

• Enjoy participating in the complete development lifecycle, from concept to production.

• Proactively own the ‘problem space’ by collaborating with product managers and designers, rather than waiting for a “specification”.

• Have a passion for resolving complex technical challenges and enhancing existing systems.

• Be inquisitive about how developers engage with the tools you create.

• Thrive in environments where engineers have ownership and autonomy.
