Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and manage the onboarding and integration journey for our customers, featuring intuitive and dependable SDK APIs that facilitate product adoption for developers.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to influence the team’s roadmap, prioritize impactful initiatives, and deliver features that quickly provide customer value.

• Embrace uncertainty: decompose intricate authentication and identity challenges, make practical trade-offs, and achieve incremental milestones for production.

• Enhance the quality of the products you engage with through rigorous testing, version control, documentation, backward compatibility, and seamless migration pathways.

• Boost the performance, reliability, and security of client-side processes, particularly those on critical customer paths.

• Guide and support fellow engineers through collaboration, constructive feedback, and knowledge-sharing, contributing to the elevation of the team’s technical standards and culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a fullstack engineer delivering customer-facing web products in production utilizing modern frontend technologies (experience with Next.js is essential).

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications and/or public-facing web SDKs.

• Experience in crafting developer-first APIs and tools, emphasizing the integration experience.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, reliable software that functions seamlessly across different browsers and environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in drafting design documents and steering technical discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including on-call rotations during weekends and holidays.
