Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in writing and debugging complex SQL (experience with Microsoft T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server preferred, familiarity with Google BigQuery preferred).

• Skilled in using Python for data analysis and data movement (machine learning experience preferred).

• Experienced with standard Business Intelligence Platforms (Tableau preferred, knowledge of SSRS preferred).

• Proficient in story tracking and code versioning tools (JIRA preferred, GIT preferred).

• Experienced in creating and troubleshooting ETL data delivery within a complex, interconnected environment (SSIS and Google Dataform preferred).

• Experience in iterative delivery while working in a fast-paced, professional team setting.

• Knowledge of Contact Center metrics, Technology Support metrics, and ITIL Service Management metrics preferred.

• Capable of distilling complex processes into clear and understandable documentation.
