Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop backend services within the trading sector.

• Take full ownership of features from start to finish: including schema, API, testing, and UI integration.

• Contribute to real-time infrastructure and client-oriented APIs.

• Create integration tests that interact with actual dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a production backend environment.

• Proficient in TypeScript or another strongly typed programming language.

• Background in trading systems, financial infrastructure, or related fields.

• Understanding of distributed systems and transaction processes.

• Familiarity with modern Node.js backend frameworks (NestJS preferred; Spring, FastAPI, or similar acceptable).

• Experience with SQL and a production-ready ORM (preferably TypeORM).

• Knowledge of arbitrary precision decimal arithmetic in financial applications.

• Commitment to integration-first testing practices.

• Capable of delivering React / Next.js features from concept to completion.
